  偏方秘方验方治疗失眠



1. 酸枣仁粥治疗心悸失眠 (Suanzaoren soup to treat poor sleep)


酸枣仁 5 克,梗米  100 克

Spina date seeds 5 g, Rice 100 g.

将酸枣仁炒黄色,研细末。将梗米洗净,加水煮成粥。临熟时,加入酸枣仁末,再煮。空腹服之。

Fry the spina date seeds to yellow in color. Cook rice in water as for ordinary rice soup. Before it is almost to edible, add in the spina date seeds. Continue to cook for a while. Drink the soup with empty stomach.



2. 食醋治疗失眠 (Vinegar to stop poor sleep)

将食醋10 毫升,加入一杯温开水中,每晚睡前一小时服下。

Take 10 ml of vinegar. Add it into one cup of warm boiled water. Drink it one hour before go to bed every night.

3. 莴苣治疗失眠 (Lettuce for sleep)

失眠者,可多吃莴苣。能帮助睡眠,又没有反作用。

Eat more lettuce. It helps sleep without side effect.



4. 大枣葱白白糖汤治疗失眠 (Chinese date, Chinese leeks, and sugar for sleep)

大枣15 个,葱白8根,白糖 5 克。

Fifteen Chinese dates, eight Chinese leek stems, 5 grams of white sugar.

用水2碗煎煮成1碗。临睡前一次顿服。

Cook all in 2 bowl of water until the water is about 1 bowl. Drink all once before go to bed.


5. 核桃芝麻丸治疗失眠 (Walnut, sesame pill for sleep)

核桃,黑芝麻,枸杞子,五味子,菊花,各等份。

Walnut, Black sesame, Gouqizi, Wuweizi, Ju flower, equal amount.

共捣烂,研细末,炼蜜为丸。每丸重 15 克,每次 1 丸,每日3次。空腹服。本方治疗头昏,眼花,失眠。

Chop and grind into fine powder. Add honey to make it into pills. One pill weights 15 grams. Eat the pill, one pill each time, three times per day with empty stomach. This formula works for poor sleep, cloudy head, blurring vision.

枸杞子,五味子和菊花可用桑叶代替。

In this formula, the Gouqizi, Wuweizi and Ju Flower can be replaced by Mulberry leaf.

6. 大枣葱白汤治疗失眠 (Chinese date and Chinese leeks for sleep)

大枣和葱白,等量。水煎服。

Chinese date 20 g, Chinese leek stems 20 g. Cook in water. Drink the water extract.


7. 大葱治疗失眠 (Chinese leek stems for sleep)

将大葱白切碎放在小盘中,临睡前放在枕头边。

Chop Chinese leek stem (white part) into small pieces. Add it in a plate. Put the plate beside pillow before go to bed.

本方中大葱可用洋葱代替。

In this formula, the Chinese leeks can be replaced by onion.



8. 核桃治疗失眠 (Walnut for sleep)

每天早晚各吃核桃两个。

Eat two walnuts every morning and night.

9. 柿饼治疗失眠 (Dried persimmon for sleep)

柿饼三个,加入540毫升水中文火煎20-30 分钟。睡前一次服。

Add three dried persimmon in 540 ml. Cook with mild boiling for 20-30 min. Drink the water all once before go to bed.

 

10. 艾灸治疗失眠 (Moxibustion for sleep)

用艾炷灸脚底后跟中央,灸3-5壮。每天一次。

Use moxi pile for moxibustion on the middle of heel on the sole side. Burning 3-5 piles each time. Repeat every day.

 

11. 仙人掌治疗失眠 (Cactus for poor sleep)

仙人掌 40 - 50 克。

Cactus 40-50 g.

去刺,捣烂取汁。 加白糖,清水送服。

Remove its thorn, chop and press to get its juice. Add some white sugar. Drink it with water for swallow.

 

12. 芦荟治疗失眠 (Aloe leaf for poor sleep)

芦荟叶,去刺,捣烂取汁。睡觉前服半杯。可长期服用。

Use aloe leaf. Remove its thorn, chop and grind to get it juice. Drink half cup before go to bed. It can be drunk for a long time.

 

13. 热牛奶,热水泡脚治疗失眠 (Hot milk, Hot water soak feet for poor sleep)

睡前喝一杯热牛奶,靠火炉旁久坐,容易入睡。或喝热水后,用热水泡脚。泡脚时,用湿毛巾敷在脖子上,效果更好。或在水中加白芥子。

Drink a cup of hot cow's milk before go to bed, then sit beside a oven for a longer time. It improves to fall sleep. Or, after drink a cup of hot water, soak feet with hot water. During the water soak, apply wet towel on neck. It works better. Or, add some mustard seed in the water to soak feet.

这是美国偏方。This is US folk tip.

 

14. 茯神鸡蛋黄治疗失眠 (Fushen and egg yolk for poor sleep)

茯神 15 克,鸡蛋黄 一个。

Fushen 15 g, Chicken egg yolk one.

将茯神水煎,对入鸡蛋黄搅匀。睡前趁热服。

Cook the Fushen in water to a condensed solution. Add in the egg yolk. Drink all once before go to bed, when the herbal solution is still warm.

 

15. 人参茯苓酸枣仁治疗顽固失眠 (Ginseng, Fuling and Spina date seeds for obstacle poor sleep)

人参 38 克,茯苓 38 克,酸枣仁 38 克

Ginseng 38 g, Fuling 38 g, Spina date seeds 38 g.

用水 360 毫升煎至 180 毫升。睡前一次服,连服两个月,再顽固的失眠也可治愈。

Add in 360 ml water to cook until the water is 180 ml. Drink it all once before go to bed. Continue for two months. It can cure even very obstacle poor sleep.

 

16. 单味酸枣仁治疗失眠 (Spina date seeds for poor sleep)

酸枣仁,置于砂锅中炒熟。每天睡前服10 克。

Fry spina date seeds in a clay pot until it is edible. Grind into  fine powder. Drink 10 grams every night before go to bed.

 

酸枣仁不可生用。生用反而睡不着觉。

The spina date seeds should be used after fry to edible if it is used to solve poor sleep. Otherwise, the not-fried spina date seeds may disturb the sleep.

 

17. 灯心草治疗失眠 (Dengxincao for sleep)

灯心草 40 克,水煎代茶服。

Dengxincao 40 g. Cook in water. Drink it as ordinary green tea.

 

18. 冬青叶,侧柏叶治疗失眠 (Holly leaf and Arborvitae Twig leaf for sleep)

冬青叶子 30 克,侧柏叶 30 克。

Holly leaf 30 g, Arborvitae Twig leaf 30 g.

水煎服。连服五天。

Cook in water. Drink the tea. Continue for five days.



19. 桑椹冰糖汤治疗失眠 (Mulberry and crystal sugar for sleep)

鲜桑椹 100 克,冰糖 10 克

Fresh Mulberry 100 g, Crystal sugar 10 g.

水煎服。本方治疗失眠,便秘等。

Cook in water. Drink the tea. This formula works to improve sleep and constipation.



20.  半夏薏苡仁治疗失眠 (Banxia Yiyiren Tang for poor sleep)

半夏 60 克,薏苡仁 60 克

Banxia 60 g, Yiyiren 60 g.

水煎服。

Cook in water to concentrated form. Drink the herbal tea. 

心脾亏虚者,加党参;心阴不足者,加麦冬;痰热扰心者,加黄连;胃中不和者,加神曲。

If the body condition belongs to Heart-Spleen deficiency, add herb Dangshen; if it is Hear Yin deficiency, add Maidong; if it is due to Phlegm-Hot that disturbs heart, add Huanglian; if it is due to disturbance in Stomach, add Shengqu.


21. 龙眼肉治疗失眠 (Longan for sleep)

鲜龙眼 500 克,白糖 10 克

Fresh Longan 500 g, white sugar 10 g.

将龙眼去皮和核,放入碗中上笼蒸,晾三次,致使颜色变黑,再加入白糖拌匀,装入瓶子。每次服四个龙眼,每天两次。

Peel the Longan and remove its kernel. Add in a bowl. Steam over water. Take it out to cool down, then steam again. So for three times until the color turns black. Add sugar in and mix it well. Add in a bottle for storage. Eat four such Longan, twice a day.

本方适宜于病后体虚及心血不足之失眠,心悸,健忘等。

This formula works for body weakness after an illness, or poor sleep due to Heart Blood is not sufficiency. The person feel poor sleep, pulpitation and poor memory.

22. 白芍当归汤治疗失眠(邵子亮方)(Baishao Danggui Tang for insomnia)

白芍 30 克,当归 30 克,熟地 30 克,玄参 30 克,柴胡 3 克,石菖蒲 3 克。

Baishao 30 g, Danggui 30 g, Shoudi 30 g, Xuanshen 30 g, Chaihu 3 g, Shichangpu 3 g.

水煎服。主治顽固性失眠。

Cook in water. Drink the herbal tea. It works for obstacle insomnia.

 

 

23. 龙眼肉,酸枣仁,芡实汤治疗失眠 (Longan, Spina date seeds, Qiansh Tang for sleep)

龙眼肉 9 克,酸枣仁 9 克,芡实 15 克。

Longan 9 g, Spina date seeds 9 g, Qianshi 15 g.

水煎临睡前服。

Cook in water. Drink it all once before go to bed.

24. 五味子,茯苓,菟丝子治疗失眠 (Wuweizi, Fuling and Tusize for insomnia)

五味子 6 克,茯苓 10 克,菟丝子 10 克。

Weweizi 6 g, Fuling 10 g, Tusize 10 g.

水煎服。Cook in water. Drink the herbal tea.

本方治疗神经衰弱,心悸不眠。

This formula works for neurosism, poor sleep with palpitation.

 

25. 龙骨牡蛎汤适量失眠 (Longgu Muli Tang for insomnia)

龙骨 10 克,牡蛎 10 克。

Longgu 10 g, Muli 10 g.

水煎服。Cook in water. Drink the herbal tea.

本方治疗神经衰弱,失眠,男子梦遗滑精,女子带多。

This formula works for neurosism, poor sleep. The man may have wet dream, and the woman may have lots of white color discharge.

 

26. 柴胡黄芩汤治疗失眠(鲍相璈方)(Chaihu Huangqin Tang for poor sleep)

柴胡 9 克,黄芩 15 克,半夏 12 克,青皮 9 克,枳壳 9 克,竹茹 9 克,珍珠母 50 克(先下),龙胆草 9 克,栀子 9 克,夜交藤 15 克。

Chaihu 9 g, Huangqin 15 g, Banxia 12 g, Qingpi 9 g, Zhike 9 g, Zhuru 9 g, Zhenzhumu (Cook  first) 50 g, Longdancao 9 g, Zhizi 9 g, Yejiaoteng 15 g.  

水煎服。本方主治痰火郁结型失眠。

Cook in water. Drink the herbal tea. This formula works for insomnia due to Phlegm-Fire.

 

27. 苦参酸枣仁汤治疗失眠 (Kushen and Spina date seeds for poor sleep).

苦参 30 克,酸枣仁10 克。

Kushen 30 g, Spina date seeds 10 g.

加入 100 毫升水中煎至15-20 毫升。睡前半小时一次服完。

Add in 100 ml water to cook until the water is about 15020 ml. Drink all once, half hour before go to bed.

 

28. 女贞子酸枣仁汤治疗顽固性失眠(易介仁方)(Nuzhengzi, Spina date seeds Tang for insomnia)

女贞子 30 克,酸枣仁 15 克,石莲子 10 克,五味子 5 克,琥珀末(冲服)4 克。

Nuzhengzi 30 g, Suanzaoren 15 g, Shilianzi 10 g, Wuweizi 5 g, Hupo powder (Drink it directly without cooking) 4 g.

水煎服。下午和晚上各一次。(同时针灸陶道穴位,每天上午一次,连续五次)。

Cook in water. Drink the herbal tea, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening. (During the treatment,  acupuncture on Taodao point, once every morning for continuous five times).



29. 甘麦大枣汤治疗失眠 (Gan Mai Dazao Tang for poor sleep)

甘草 15 克,大枣 30 克,浮小麦 120 克。

Flowing wheat 120 g, Chinese date 30 g, Licorice 15 g.

水煎服。本方治疗烦躁失眠。

Cook in water. Drink the herbal tea. This formula works for poor sleep with agitate.

30. 百合蜂蜜治疗失眠 (Lily and honey for sleep)

百合 90 克,蜂蜜 2 勺。

Lily flower 90 g, Honey 2 tablespoons.

拌后蒸熟。临睡前适量服之。

Mix them well. Steam over water. Drink some before go to bed. Don't drink too much.

本方治疗神经衰弱,失眠易醒。

This formula works for neurosism, insomnia with easy wakeup.

 

31. 百合夏枯草方 (魏长春方)(Baihe Xiakucao Fang for insomnia)

百合 30 克,夏枯草 15 克。

Baihe 30 g, Xiakucao 15 g.

水煎服。

Cook in water. Drink the herbal tea.

本方主治顽固性失眠,神情不安,心悸,烦躁,脉弦,舌苔薄而舌质红。

This formula works for obstacle insomnia. The person has agitate emotion, palpitation, anxiety, with string pulse, red color tongue and thin tongue covering.

肝肾不足者,加枸杞子,制何首乌;

If the condition belongs to Liver-Kidney dificiency, add Gouqizi and Zhi Heshouwu;

虚烦心悸不安者,加柏子仁,酸枣仁;

If it is with anxiety and heart palpitation, add Boziren and Spina date seeds;

食欲不振者,加木香,大枣。

If it is with poor appetite, add Muxiang and Chinese date.

 

32. 丹皮栀子方治疗失眠(莫太安方)(Danpi Zhizi Fang for insomnia)

丹皮 10 克,栀子 10 克,合欢皮 10 克,炒枣仁 24 克,夜交藤 24 克,柴胡 5 克,龙骨(先煎) 30 克,牡蛎(先煎) 30 克。

Danpi 10 g, Zhizi 10 g, Hehuanpi 10 g, Chao Zaoren 24 g, Yejiaoteng 24 g, Chaihu 5 g, Longgu (cook first) 30 g, Muli (cook first) 30 g.

水煎服。午睡前及晚睡前各服一次。

Cook in water. Drink the herbal tea. Drink it once before noon-break and once before go to bed at night.

口燥咽干者,加沙参,麦冬;

If the person has dry mouth and throat, add Shashen and Maidong;

气血不足者,加黄芪,桂圆肉 各15 克;

If it is due to Qi-Blood deficiency, add Huangqi and Guiyuanrou, 15 grams each.

心肾不交者,加交态丸。

If it is a Heart-Kidney disturbance condition, add Jiaotai pills.

 

33. 吴茱萸肉桂外敷方治疗失眠 (Wuzhuyu Cinnamon for insomnia)

吴茱萸,肉桂粉各等份。

Wuzhuyu and Cinnamon, equal amount.

研细末。临睡前取药粉10 克,调酒炒热敷于两侧涌泉穴。或取药粉 5 克,加蜂蜜调成糊状,敷于一侧神门穴,及三阴交穴位。两侧穴位交替使用。每天换药一次。

Grind into fine powder. To use, take 10 gram, mix with liquor to fry to warm, before go to bed. Apply on to the Yongquan point on the sole both sides. Or, take the herbal powder 5 grams, add honey to make it into mud form. Apply to the Shenmen point and Sanyinjiao point on one side of the body. The two sides of the body are applied in turn. Change it every day.

 

34. 炒枣仁,丹参,夜交藤粉外敷治疗失眠 (Zaoren, Danshen and Yejiaoteng for insomnia)

炒枣仁,丹参,夜交藤,各等份。

Fried Spina date seedes, Danshen and Yejiaoteng, equal amount.

研细末。加蜂蜜调成糊状。睡前敷于双侧神门穴上。纱布包扎固定。每天换药一次。

Grind all in fine powder. Add honey to make it into mud form. Apply it, before go to bed, to the Shenmen point on both front arms. Fold with gauze to fix it. Change it every day.

 

35. 珍珠粉,丹参,硫磺粉外敷治疗失眠 (Pearl powder, Danshen and Sulphor powder external application for insomnia)

珍珠粉 10 克,丹参 10 克,硫磺 10 克

Pearl powder 10 g, Danshen 10 g, Sulphur  10 g.

研细末。每晚睡前取 1 克,填入肚脐中,外用胶布固定。 另外取本药粉少许,加醋调成糊状,敷璮中,气海穴位,外用胶布固定。每三天换药一次。

Grind into fine powder. Every night before go to bed, put 1 g of the powder mixture to naval. Seal with tape. On the other side, take little herbal powder, add vinegar to make into mud form. Apply it on to the Tanzhong and Qihai points. Seal with tape. Change them every three days.

 

36. 五味子酸枣仁外敷治疗失眠 (Wuweizi and Spina date seeds for insomnia)

五味子,酸枣仁,各等份。

Wuweizi, Spina date seeds, equal amount.

研细末,每晚洗脚后敷于脚心涌泉穴。胶布固定。此次除去。连用 3 - 5 天。

Grind into fine powder. Every night after wash feet, apply the powder on to the Yongquan points on both soles. Seal with tape. Remove it next morning. Continue for 3-5 days.

 

37. 黄连肉桂粉外敷治疗失眠 (Huanglian and Cinnamon powder external application for insomnia)

黄连 15 克,肉桂 5 克

Huanglian 15 g, Cinnamon 5 g.

研细末。加米醋调成糊状。外敷于双侧涌泉穴。胶布包扎固定。每天晚上换药一次,连用 3 - 5 天。

Grind into fine powder. Add vinegar to make it into mud form. Apply it on to the Yongquan points on each sole. Seal with medical tapes. Change it every night. Continue for 3-5 days.

 

38. 生地黄精汤治疗失眠 (Shengdi Huangjing Tang for insomnia)

生地 30 克,黄精 30 克,制玉竹 30 克,丹参 30 克,夜交藤 30 克,决明子 20 克,茯神 15 克,合欢皮 9 克,川芎 9 克,炙甘草 6 克,灯心草 3 束

Shengdi 30 g, Huangjing 30 g, Zhi Yuzhu 30 g, Danshen 30 g, Yejiaoteng 30 g, Jumingzi 20 g, Fushen 15 g, Hehuanpi 9 g, Chuanxiong 9 g, Zhi Licorice 6 g, Dengxingcao 3 boundles.

水煎。午后及睡前服各服一次。

Cook in water. Drink the herbal tea, once after the noon, and once before go to bed.

食欲不振,大便溏泻者,加陈皮,山楂,枳壳,麦芽,而生地和决明子可不用或少用。

If the person has poor appetite and loss bowel movement, add Chenpi, Hawthorn, Zhike and Mult; the Shengdi and Jumingzi in the formula can use less or delete it.

心悸严重者,加五味子,麦冬,珍珠母;

If the person has severe palpitation, add Wuweizi, Maidong and Zhengzhumu;

大便秘结者,加柏子仁,郁李仁;

If the person has constipation, add Boziren and Yuliren;

抑郁明显,或心烦易怒者,加生铁落;

If the person has severe depression, or anxiety to get upset easily, add Shengtieluo.

神倦乏力者,加炙黄芪,太子参;

If the person is very tired and weak, add Zhi Huangqi, and Taizishen.
