A17. Shoulder-arm stretching pain

 
       
  偏方秘方验方治疗肩部-上肢牵涉痛


1. 生姜面粉外敷方 (Ginger-wheat powder for shoulder-arm stretching pain)

生姜适量,捣成泥,加两倍半量之面粉,共和匀。敷与患侧肩膀。每天一次。

Fresh ginger, some amount. Chop and grind into mud. Take two and half fold of wheat powder. Mix them into ginger mud. Apply it onto the shoulder. Fold with gauze an seal with medical tape. Change it every day.


2. 生姜芋头外敷方 (Ginger Taro for shoulder-arm stretching pain)

同等量的生姜和芋头,混合捣烂成泥,敷于患侧肩膀。

Same amount of fresh ginger and taro. Chop and grind into mud together. Apply on the the painful shoulder. Fold with gauze and seal with medical tape. Change it every day.


3. 萝卜汁外敷方 (Daikon for shoulder pain)

白萝卜适量,捣碎取汁。敷于肩膀上(用纱布浸湿),外用塑料纸覆盖,胶布固定。

Daikon, some amount. Chop and grind into mud. Apply on to the shoulder. Fold with gauze and seal with medical tape. Keep for one day.


4. 天南星川乌汤 (Tiannanxing Chuanwu Tang for shoulder-arm stretching pain)

天南星 20 克,川乌 20 克,草乌 20 克,羌活 20 克,苍术 20 克,姜黄 20 克,半夏 20 克,白附子 15 克,白芷 15 克,乳香 15 克,没药 15 克,红花 10 克,细辛 10 克。

Tiannanxing 20 gram, Chuanwu 20 gram, Caowu 20 gram, Qianghuo 20 gram, Cangshu 20 gram, Jianghuang 20 gram, Banxia 20 gram, Baifuzi 15 gram, Baizhi 15 gram, Ruxiang 15 gram, Moyao 15 gram, Honghua 10 gram, Xixin 10 gram.

将上药研细末,加醋,蜂蜜,白酒,葱白捣烂,鲜生姜适量,白胡椒 30 粒研碎,炒热后用布袋热敷患肩30 分钟。一日两次。连用 5 - 7 日。本方不可内服。

Grind the herbs into fine powder. Add vinegar, honey, liquor, and leeks. Chop into mud. Add fresh ginger some, and white pepper 30 granules, fry all to warm. Fold in cotton bag. Apply onto the shoulder for 30 min. Repeat twice every day. Continue to apply it for five to seven days. This formula is not for intake orally. 


5. 黄芪桑枝汤 (Huangqi Sangzhi Tang for shoulder-arm stretching pain)

黄芪 30 克,桑枝 60 克,桑寄生 12 克,桂枝 12 克,白芍 12 克,生姜 12 克,姜黄 9 克,羌活 9 克,大枣 5 枚。

Huangqi 30 gram, Sangzhi 60 gram, Sangjisheng 12 gram, Guizhi 12 gram, Baishao 12 gram, Shengjiang 12 gram, Jianghuang 9 gram, Qianghuo 9 gram, Chinese date 5 granules.

水煎服。

Cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it every day, twice or three times.


6. 黄芪银花汤 (Huangqi Jinyinhua Tang for shoulder-arm stretching pain)

黄芪 30 克,金银花 30 克,桔梗 10 克,皂角刺 12 克,陈皮 4 克,大贝母 5 克,地丁 15 克,连翘 15 克,丹皮 12 克,赤芍 12 克,甘草 5 克。

Huangqi 30 gram, Jinyinhua 30 gram, Jiegeng 10 gram, Zaojiaoci 12 gram, Chenpi 4 gram, Dabeimu 5 gram, Diding 15 gram, Liangqiao 15 gram, Danpi 12 gram, Chishao 12 gram, Gancao 5 gram.

水煎服。

Cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it every day, twice or three times.


7. 黄芪桂枝五物汤 (Huangqi Guizhi Wu Wo Tang for shoulder pain)

黄芪 15 克,桂枝10 克,白芍 10 克,生姜 三片,大枣5 枚。水煎服,一日一剂。

Huangqi 15 gram, Guizhi 10 gram, Baishao 10 gram, Shengjiang three pieces, Chinese date 5 granules. Cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it every day.

若气虚,去黄芪,加党参;血虚者,加当归和鸡血藤;寒甚者,加川乌,防风;湿甚者,加薏苡仁,威灵仙;血瘀者,加丹参,赤芍;外伤者加三七,苏木;痛甚者加元胡,乳香,没药,鸡血藤;麻木者加木瓜,乌梢蛇。
 

If the person is with Qi deficiency, remove the Huangqi, but add Dangsheng; if with Blood deficiency, add Danggui and Jixueteng; if with more Cold, add Chuanwu and Fangfeng; if with more Dampness, add Yiyiren and Weilingxian; if with more blood stagantion, add Dangsheng and Chishao; if with trauma, add Sanqi, Sumu; if with more pain, add Yuanhu, Ruxiang, Moyao, and Jixueteng; if with numbness, add Mugua and Wushaoshe.

 
8. 熟地鹿角霜汤 (Shoudi Lujiaoshuan Tang for shoulder-arm stretching pain)

熟地 30 克,鹿角霜 30 克,桂枝 9 克,炮姜 9 克,麻黄 9 克,白芥子 10 克,片姜黄 10 克,没药 10 克,羌活 10 克,炙甘草 6 克。

Shoudi 30 gram, Lujiaoshuan 30 gram, Guizhi 9 gram, Paojiang 9 gram, Mahuang 9 gram, Baijiezi  10 gram, Jianghuang 10 gram, Moyao 10 gram, Qianghuo 10 gram, Zhi Gancao 6 gram.

水煎服。

Cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it every day, twice or three times.


9. 单味艾叶汤 (Single Aye Tang for shoulder pain)

干艾叶 50 克。水煎服。

Dry Aye 50 gram. Cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it every day, twice or three times.


10. 单味姜黄汤

姜黄 10 克。研细末后水煎服。

Jianghuang 10 gram. Grind into powder, cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it every day, twice or three times.


11.  单味山茱萸汤

山茱萸 35 克。水煎服。

Jianghuang 10 gram. Grind into powder, cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it every day, twice or three times.


12. 秦艽羌活汤 (Qinjiao Qianghuo Tang for shoulder pain)

秦艽 6 克,羌活 3 克,红花 4.5 克,丝瓜络 10 克。

Qinjiao 6 gram, Qianghuo 3 gram, Honghua 4.5 gram, Sigualuo 10 gram.

水煎服。

Cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it every day, twice or three times.


13. 川乌草乌樟脑外敷法 (Chuanqu Caowu Zhangnao external application for shoulder-arm stretching pain)

川乌 90 克,草乌 90 克,樟脑 90 克。

Chuangqu 90 gram, Caowu 90 gram, Zhangnao 90 gram.

研细末。用醋调成糊状。敷于肩膀,厚约 0.5 厘米。纱布包扎固定。用热水袋热敷 30 分钟。一日一次。

Grind the herbs into fine powder. Add some vinegar to prepare the mixture into mud. Apply the herbal mud onto the shoulder (about 0.5 cm thick). Fold with gauze and seal with medical tape. Keep it warm with hot water bag on it. Warm it for half hour. Do it every day.


14. 大蒜面粉外敷法 (Garlic-wheal powder for shoulder-arm stretching pain)

大蒜三头捣烂。加面粉调成糊状。摊开于纱布上约5-6毫米厚,敷于肩部,包扎固定。每��一���,连����一周��

Garlic three pieces, chop into mud, mix it with wheal powder,  mix it into mud again. Apply it on to a gauze (the garlic mud should be about 5 to 6 mm thick), then apply the gauze onto the shoulder. Fold it with more gauze and seal it with medical tape. Change it every day. Continue the therapy for one week.
